Planika Terms of Use

Welcome to Planika ("Planika", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Planika application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Planika. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Description of Service
Planika is an AI-powered goal tracking, planning, task management, and productivity application. The App provides features such as AI coaching, chat-based planning, goal tracking, routine management, calendar synchronization, and productivity insights.
3. Use of AI and Content Generation
AI Features
Planika may utilize third-party artificial intelligence services to generate plans, recommendations, chat responses, productivity insights, and other content based on your inputs.
No Guarantees
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and determining whether any recommendation is appropriate for your circumstances.
No Professional Advice
Planika does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, therapeutic, emergency, or other professional advice. The App is intended solely as a productivity and organizational tool.
4. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions
Planika may offer premium features through recurring subscriptions processed by app stores or third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing, renewal, and payment policies of the applicable provider.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the text, voice inputs, goals, tasks, routines, messages, and other content you submit to the App ("User Content").
By using Planika, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, and use User Content solely for:
- Operating the App
- Providing AI-powered features
- Improving functionality
- Maintaining security and reliability
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App except as permitted by law
- Use the App in a manner that could harm Planika, its users, or third parties
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Planika may integrate with third-party services including calendar providers, analytics services, payment processors, and AI providers.
If you enable calendar synchronization, you grant Planika permission to access and modify calendar events as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Planika is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms
- We believe your use poses a security or legal risk
- We discontinue all or part of the service
You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and content provided by Planika, is owned by Planika and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Planika intellectual property.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planika disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planika and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
- Use of the App
- Inability to use the App
- Reliance on AI-generated content
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
